Bhubaneswar: India registered 2,51,209 fresh Covid cases and 627 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Friday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 4,92,327.
The recovery of 3,47,443 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 3,80,24,771. India’s active caseload is presently at 21,05,611. With this, the Daily positivity rate is at 15.88%.
With the administration of 57,35,692 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,64,44,73,216 as of Friday morning.
