Bhubaneswar: India registered 2,528 fresh Covid cases and 149 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Friday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 5,16,281.
The recovery of 3,997 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 4,24,58,543. India’s active caseload is presently at 29,181.
With the administration of 15,77,783 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,80,97,94,588 as of Friday morning.
