Bhubaneswar: India registered 2,55,874 fresh Covid cases and 614 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Tuesday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 4,90,462.
The recovery of 2,67,753 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 3,70,71,898. India’s active caseload is presently at 22,36,842. With this, the Daily positivity rate is at 15.52%.
With the administration of 62,29,956 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,62,92,09,308 as of Tuesday morning.
