Bhubaneswar: India registered 83,876 fresh Covid cases and 895 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Monday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 5,02,874.
The recovery of 1,99,054 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 4,06,60,202. India’s active caseload is presently at 11,08,938. With this, the Daily positivity rate is at 7.25%.
With the administration of 14,70,053 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,69,63,80,755 as of Monday morning.
