Bhubaneswar: India reported 12,514 new cases of Covid-19 and 251 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Monday.
As per the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 12,718 more persons recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours, and the active caseload stands at 1,58,817, the lowest in the last 248 days.
The total cases in the country now stand at 3,42,85,814, while the total recoveries are 3,36,68,560 and the death toll has reached 4,58,437.
The cumulative number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered so far in the country stands at 1,06,31,24,205.
