New Delhi: The Government of India has decided to keep the national flag at half-mast to mourn the death of veteran politician and Akali Dal leader Prakash Singh Badal across India for two days on April 26 and 27.
All buildings and government offices where the national flag is normally flown will be kept at half-mast. Moreover, there will be no official entertainment programme on these two days. Heads of all the state governments, chief secretaries, and administrators of all Union Territories have been informed of this decision via wireless.
