Bhubaneswar: Senior journalist, columnist, and author Sagarika Ghosh on Thursday filed her nomination in Kolkata, West Bengal for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections as a candidate of the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
The All India Trinamool Congress shared pictures of Sagarika Ghose and Mamata Thakur formally submitting their nomination papers for the upcoming elections to the Upper House of Parliament on X (formerly Twitter).

The Trinamool Congress on Sunday announced the names of Md Nadimul Haque, Mamata Bala Thakur, Sushmita Dev and Sagarika Ghosh as its four candidates for the forthcoming elections in Rajya Sabha which are going to be vacant soon.
