**Bhubaneswar:** A grab from a Doordarshan video of BJP President Amit Shah at the flag hoisting ceremony at BJP headquarters in Delhi on Independence Day, 2018 is doing rounds on social media. Surprisingly, not because the tri-colour fell on the ground initially as the BJP President tugged at the string to unfurl the flag but, because of the natural reaction of the Doordarshan News commentator who uttered ‘tch..tch..tch…disaster,” while it was shown live.
Quick in its reaction, a twitter user posted the video with a sarcastic caption,
“Wishing a healthy and long life for the DD news commentator who could not hold back his “tch tch tch… Disaster…” remark upon seeing this performance by BJP’s national president”
As the flag dropped down with Shah hoisting it leaving everyone shocked, later it got unfurled high on the sky. But the damage was already done which was compounded by the natural reaction given by the Doordarshan commentator.
The Twitteratti however praised the DD news commentator.
One user tweeted, “The commentary is absolutely gold,” while another wrote, “Even the tricolour doesn’t want to be unfurled by Amit Shah.”
