1 Killed, Another Critically Injured In Road Accident In Jagatsinghpur

Bhubaneswar: One person was killed and another critically injured in a road accident on the Cuttack–Paradip State Highway near Kujang Market in Jagatsinghpur district late Sunday night.

According to reports, a Hyva truck collided with a motorcycle carrying two riders around 1 am. One of the riders was crushed and died on the spot, while the other sustained serious injuries.

The injured person was initially admitted to Kujang CHC and later shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, due to the severity of his condition.

Upon being informed, the police reached the spot and began investigating the accident.
