Bhubaneswar: The cold wave is expected to continue in Odisha even as ten places lodged temperature below 15 degree Centigrade.
As per the temperature recorded by the regional meteorological centre, the minimum temperature recorded till 5.30 am on Tuesday was lowest in Phulbani at 11.0 degree Celsius while Subarnapur recorded 11.4-degree Celsius.
Besides, the temperature remained under 15-degree Celsius in Angul (11.6), Baripada (12.0), Keonjhar (12.4), Talcher (12.5), Bhawanipatna (13.6), Jharsuguda (13.8), Cuttack (14.5) and Chandabali (14.8).

The twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack also recorded 16 and 14.5-degree Celsius respectively.
With the mercury dropping in Odisha, heavy fog was witnessed in Phulbani and Sundargarh with the visibility dropping below 100 metres. Visibility in Koraput also dropped below 300 metres as medium fog engulfed the district.
