14-Feet-Long Python Rescued From Puri Village, Released In Forest

Puri: A 14-feet-long was rescued by the Forest department officials from a field near Manitri village under Rengala panchayat in Delanga block of Puri district on early Monday morning.

Officials said some locals had spotted the snake when they were out to attend the nature’s call late last night and immediately informed the Forest department officials.

It took the officials all night to get hold of the python.

It was later released into the wild.
