Jajpur: A bus skidded off road and turned on its side leaving 20 passengers injured. The mishap took place late night on Saturday in Barchana area of the district, on National Highway 16.
Eight persons among the injured have been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital while the rest are undergoing treatment at Barchana community health centre.
According to reports, the driver of the vehicle lost control of the wheels which led to the accident. The bus was going from Cuttack to Jamda in Keonjhar district. the mishap occured near Ganthi chowk in Barchana.
