23 Odia Mountaineering Enthusiasts Embark On Himalayas’ Dayara Bugyal Trekking

Bhubaneswar: A brigade of 23 adventurous mountaineers from different districts of Odisha set off on their mission Dayara Bugyal Trekking in the Himalayas.

It has been organized by the talent hunting organization Kalinga Dare Devils.

While today’s programme was graced by Ollywood star Babushan Mohanty and Nuapada MLA Rajendra Dholkia, Kalinga Dare Devils president Dr Satyapir Pradhan said that the mountaineering brigade will scale 13,000 feet high Dayara Bugyal in Uttarakhand and hoist the Triclour (Indian National Flag) in this new year as a mark of rich tributes to the Covid warriors.

As per a press note released by the organization, the mountaineering brigade from Odisha comprises:

From Kalahandi district – Dr Satyapir Pradhan, Nrusingha Charan Panda, Swaraj Kumar Rout, Sundar Sahu, Krishna Bhandargharia, Reshab Kumar Panigrahi, Soumya Ranjan Rout, Thakur Senapati, Jyotish Kumar Bag, Jogeswar Naik, B.J. Rajesh Bhoi and Murari Sahu.
From Nuapada district – Sachin Behera, Hitesh Kumar Meher and Malaya Kumar Meher.
From Bolangir district – Aman Chhatria, Ghana Satnami, Neelkamal Sahu and Dr Chhabilal Meher.
From Kandhamal district – Siddharth Keshari Pradhan
From Nabarangpur district – Pradip Kumar Sinha
From Sundargarh district’s Rourkela – Baidyanath Narayan Sinha
From Jagatsinghpur district – Sagar Kumar Mallick.
