Bhubaneswar: As many as 268 persons were arrested on charges of drunken driving across Odisha on Thursday. The Transport department launched a three-day enforcement drive to check drunken driving.
The enforcement is being undertaken from 3 pm to 12 am. The Additional Commissioner, Transport and Enforcement in an interaction with the press earlier today said that the violators (drunk drivers) shall be fined and sent to jail.
