The accused have been identified as Sibram Gouda, Akshay Gouda and Akshay’s wife Usharani Barik.

Briefing reporters here, Bhubaneswar DCP Prateek Singh said that Sibram Gouda, Akshay Gouda and his wife Usharani Barik had planned to cheat people by selling them cars they had won through the lottery.

After collecting money from several people to provide them with cars, the accused persons absconded.

As of date police have identified four bank accounts of the accused persons wherein crores of rupees have been transacted. They have purchased flats, plots and gold at different places.
