Kendrapara: Three country fishing boats onboard with 12 fishermen capsized in the sea near Madili river mouth under Mahakalpada block in Kendrapara district on Tuesday.
Fortunately, all the fishermen have been rescued safely.
According to reports, Buddhadev Giri, Shiv Adak and Gautam Bagh of Bobangdiha village under Sunyiti Panchayat and 9 other fishermen entered the sea to catch fish this morning.
Towards afternoon while they were fishing suddenly they were caught in a storm accompanied by heavy rain.
On losing balance their boats lost balance and overturned.
They were rescued by other fishermen who were fishing nearby and brought ashore.
