Khordha: Three persons were grievously hurt in a head-on collision between an LPG tanker and pick-up van on national highway no. 16 in front of Tata Motors outlet at Pitapali Chowk here today.
Reportedly, three persons who were in two vehicles have been seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital.
The staff of Industrial Area Police Outpost, fire service personnel, and locals rescued the injured and rushed them to the nearest hospital.
The road which had remained blocked for a long time as a result of the mishap has been cleared.
