Jharsuguda: At least five persons were killed and 20 persons sustained critical injuries after a bus carrying workers of JSW Bhusan Power and Steel Ltd plant hit a truck from the rear at Sarbahal in Jharsuguda district today.
Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Jharsuguda has informed that five persons have been killed and 20 others have been critically injured in the accident.
The injured have been shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital here and are undergoing treatment, the SDPO added.
The SDPO has further informed that the cause of the accident is being investigated.
