Nabarangpur: Four persons were killed after the car they were travelling in rammed into a roadside tree Saraguda under Dabugaon police limits of Nabarangpur district on late Friday night.
Three persons identified as Md Sadam, Rabin Hila, and Saban Hilal died on the spot while one died during treatment at Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College & Hospital in Koraput.
One more critically injured person is still under treatment at the hospital.
They were returning from Umerkote to Nabarangpur when the car reportedly lost its control due to dense fog and hit the tree. Dabugaon police have initiated a probe into the incident.
