Bhadrak: In a tragic incident, three minor girls were critically injured when crude bombs exploded at Khirakona Debata Gadia village under Bonth police limits in Bhadrak district today.
The critically injured minor girls have been identified as Puja Hansda, Basanti Hansda, and Sabita Murmu. They have been admitted to the district headquarters hospital here.
According to reports, the three minor girls while playing near a pond at Khirakona Debata Gadia village found a bag containing crude bombs near a bush.
Not knowing what to do with the bag, the kids were hurling it into the pond when the crude bombs kept in it exploded.
The minor girls were grievously hurt in their lower and upper limbs in the explosion. Villagers rushed them to the district headquarters hospital here.
