Bhubaneswar: Day or maximum temperature equal to or above 35 degree Celsius was recorded at seven places in Odisha in the last 24 hours, informed the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday.
Malkangari is the hottest city with a temperature of 36 degrees. Under the influence of high temperature and humidity, discomfort weather is likely especially in districts of coastal Odisha.
The IMD further stated that the State is likely to experience rainfall at isolated places for the next four to five days.
