4,241 More Covid-19 Cases Detected In Odisha, Know District-Wise Break-Up

Bhubaneswar: As the surge in Covid-19 cases continued in Odisha, 4,241 more tested positive for the deadly virus in the last 24 hours, the Information & Public Relations department has informed through a tweet today.

Out of the new positives detected in the State in the last 24 hours, 2502 are in quarantine cases while 1739 are local contact cases.

The highest number of cases 647 has been detected from Khordha district followed by Cuttack district 389.
The district-wise break-up of newly detected positive cases is as under.

With the detection of these fresh positives, the cumulative total positives sin the State went up to 1,67,161.
The State currently has 36,580 active cases.
Similarly, as many as 4121 people have recovered from Covid-19 in the State during the same period taking the total number of recoveries in the State to 1, 29,859.
