Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government will include five more services offered by the Housing & Urban Development (H&UD) Department under the Odisha Right to Public Services Act, 2012.
According to an official press release, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has issued an order in this regard.
Earlier, 26 services of the H&UD Department were included under the Odisha Right to Public Services Act.
The five new services to be included are:
- Permission for alteration and addition/amendment of building plan (Time limit: 15 days to 30 days)
- Permission for Revalidation of Building Plan (Time Limit: 7 Days)
- Plinth Approval (Time Limit: 7 Days)
- Trade License Final Certificate (Time Limit: 90 Days)
All these services will be notified very soon and will be made available to the public within the specified time frame.
A total of 422 services including these 5 services of 31 departments have been included in the said Act.
The State Government is committed to provide the public with all the services notified under this Act within the specified time frame.
