Berhampur: A 55-year-old man, Simanchal Nayak was allegedly killed by his daughter-in-law over a heated argument on Saturday night. The incident took place at Nayak’s house in Kishorechandrapali village under Aska police limits.
The incident was an outcome of a household dispute. Following an argument, the woman hit Nayak with a baton leaving him unconscious. He was declared dead at a local hospital. Police have registered a case and detained the accused.
