Bhubaneswar: As many as 70 cases of dengue have been reported in the Capital City during January to June, 2022, Health and Family Welfare Minister Naba Kisore Das said.
Replying to a question posed by BJD MLA Prafulla Samal, Das said that the Government has initiated several steps to check the spread of dengue in the city.
“Testing facility is available for free at Khurda district headquarters hospital, Capital Hospital, RMRC, and AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Dedicated dengue wards have been set up,” the Minister said.
Sanitation and awareness generation activities are in full flow, and from temephos sprinkling and fogging, he added.
