The Chief Minister also said that listening to the people and trying to find a solution is a priority in a democracy. Giving importance to the matter hearing of public grievance has been started at the district level from today, he added.
“The process will be further strengthened in the future. The Deputy Chief Minister and members of the Council of Ministers have also cooperated in this. If this continues, the officials at the district level will give priority and solve the problems of the people,” the Chief Minister stated.
He hoped that there would be fewer grievances at the State level if people’s problems could be resolved at the district level.
The Chief Minister expressed hope that about 99 per cent of grievances will be resolved in today’s hearing.
