Bhubaneswar: Airports Authority of India, BPIA, Bhubaneswar and Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar have signed an MoU for construction of two modular OTs and one general operation theatre at Capital Hospital at Rs 4.74 crore.
Similarly, another MoA was inked between Airports Authority of India, BPIA, Bhubaneswar and CDMO Cuttack for funding of Rs 6.74 crore for construction of maternity ward with modern equipments and expansion of existing building of Niali CHC.
Airports Authority of India, BPIA, Bhubaneswar will provide the funds out of Corporate Social Responsibility. The MoA was signed in presence of Health Secretary Dr Promod Meherda.
BPIA Director, SC Hota, signed the MoU on behalf of AAI and Dr Haraprasad Pattanaik Special Secretary Health signed on behalf of the Health Department. Among others CDMO Cuttack, Director Capital Hospital and other senior officers of the Health Department were present.
