Malkangiri: ADG (Operations) S Dev Datta Singh who was on a two-day visit to Malkangiri district beginning Monday reviewed Naxal scenario in the district and the strategy ahead.
Singh during the visit interacted with the Collector and SP and discussed the overall scenario of the district with regard to Naxalite activity.
He also met BSF DIG and other officials. While reviewing the operational scenario with them he stressed on effective offensive operations.
Singh visited Gurasethu and Hantalguda COB and interacted with the troops. He visited Jodambo and Papermatla PS and interacted with police personnel.
Today he visited Tulsi COB and inaugurated a civic action program by Odisha Police and took stock of the security scenario there.
