Cuttack: Enforcement Squad of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) today busted an adulterated spice manufacturing unit in Malgodown area of Cuttack City, reports said.
The squad seized over five quintals of adulterated chilli, turmeric and cumin seed powder from the premises of the spices manufacturing unit operating from a shed in Malgodown area.
The manufacturing unit and the godown have been sealed by the Enforcement Squad while the Health Department officials have collected samples of the adulterated spices for testing, reports added.
