Bhubaneswar: Air India’s Pune-Bhubaneswar and Bhubaneswar-Pune flights were cancelled leaving passengers stranded at Biju Patnaik International Airport on Thursday.
The flights were initially delayed by two hours before being cancelled, sparking heated arguments between Air India staff and passengers.
Alternative arrangements were made for passengers after a three-hour wait, with 72 passengers booked on a Mumbai flight and others sent to Delhi and Bangalore. However, the reason for the flight cancellation remains unclear.
