Bhubaneswar: Ahead of the General Elections in 2024, the Congress on Saturday announced a major rejig at the organizational level. The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has announced 12 names as In-Charges of the party in different states including one for administration.
In this context, Dr Ajoy Kumar has been appointed as the new In-Charge of the party for Odisha.
Dr Kumar has replaced Dr Chellakumar as the In-Charge of the party in Odisha.
A former MP from Jamshedpur in Jharkhand Dr Kumar has been given additional charge of the party in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Similarly, Dr Chellakumar has been made the party’s In-Charge of Meghalaya, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh.
