Bhubaneswar: Another 1,148 persons tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday. As per the report shared by the Information and Public Relations Department, 669 among the new COVID positive cases are in quarantine while the rest 479 are local contact cases.
The I&PR data revealed, 244 out of the 1148 new cases are below 18 years of age. As on Sunday, Odisha’s active case tally stood at 12,330. So far, more than 12.77 lakh persons in Odisha have tested positive for COVID out of which 12.55 lakh(+) persons recovered.
