Bhubaneswar: Another six persons died due to COVID-19 in Odisha, the Health and Family Welfare Department informed on Sunday. With this, the total number of COVID fatalities in Odisha reached 8,520. According to the Health Department, two among the casualties are below 35 years of age who were suffering from other diseases.
The details of the fatalities are as listed below:
- A 60 years old Female of Angul District who was also suffering from Hypertension;
- A 63 years old Female of Balasore District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension;
- A 30 years old Male of Bhadrak District who was also suffering from Hepatic Encephalopathy;
- A 85 years old Female of Cuttack District;
- A 32 years old Male of Kandhamal District who was also suffering from Chronic Caleific Pancreatitis; and
- A 65 years old Male of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
