Cuttack: The Commissionerate of Police on Sunday arrested another person linked with pre-natal sex determination. The accused was identified as Manas Ranjan Panda, a native of Jajpur.
Panda was staying at Cuttack and acting as a broker for the sale of machinery needed to determine sex of unborn babies. Total, 5 persons have been arrested in this case so far and police is investigating further to ascertain more links, said ACP Amitabh Mahapatra.
