Another Low Pressure In Bay Of Bengal In Next 48 Hours: IMD

Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has stated that another low pressure area will be formed in the Bay of Bengal over the next 48 hours.

According to the IMD, under the influence of the cyclonic storm on north Andaman Sea and its neighbourhood a low pressure area is very likely to form in the same region during the next 48 hours.

October is considered the ‘cyclone month’ for the Odisha which has witnessed most of the major cyclones in this month over the years.

The IMD had informed earlier that the current system in the north Andaman Sea will proceed towards souht Odisha and north Andhra Pradesh coast by 14 to 15 October.
