Koraput: In a yet again act of trespass, Andhra Pradesh (AP) Deputy Chief Minister Peedika Rajanna Dora today held a public meeting at Dhulipadar village in the disputed Kotia panchayat.
Dora at the public meeting appraised the gathering about the welfare and developmental schemes of the Andhra Pradesh government.
The AP Deputy CM visited beneficiaries and enquired about allowances, ration, forest land rights patta, etc. provided to them under the various welfare schemes of Jagan Mohan Reddy led AP government.
Worth mentioning, earlier on October 19 in 2022 Dora had addressed a public meeting in Kotia. He was also seen in Kotia panchayat during the panchayat elections in Andhra Pradesh.
It is pertinent to mention here that Odisha and Andhra Pradesh have a longstanding dispute over Kotia.
Despite Odisha’s opposition, the Andhra Pradesh officials and political leaders have been trespassing into Kotia and woo the people with the various welfare schemes of their government.
