Application Process For +2 Admissions Begins Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, has announced that the application process for admissions to plus two courses will commence on May 24 (Saturday) and will continue till June 30. The application process will be conducted online, and students can apply on the SAMS portal (www.samsodisha.gov.in).

The first merit list is expected to be released on July 7, and the admission process will take place from July 8 to 14. Classroom teaching for the first year of plus two is scheduled to begin on July 24.

The notification has been issued for over 1,600 higher secondary schools in the state, including self-financing colleges and vocational education colleges. Students are advised to carefully read the Common Application Form (CAF) before filling it out, as only online applications will be accepted. No offline forms will be entertained.

Students can access the CAF on the SAMS portal from May 24 and apply till June 30. The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education has urged students to follow the guidelines and ensure the timely submission of their applications.
