Bhubaneswar: It seems all is not well between Ollywood couple Varsha Priyadarshini and her husband actor turned politician and Kendrapada BJD MP, Anubhav Mohanty.
Ollywood actor Varsha has filed a case of domestic violence against Anubhav in the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate’s (SDJM) court here.
Advocate R K Rath has filed the case on behalf of petitioner Varsha under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act on August 7, 2020.
The date for hearing in the matter has been fixed for September 7 (Monday).
Anubhav, who was on a tour of his constituency Kendrapada today has, however, denied receiving any legal notice in the matter.
“I am yet to get any legal notice in the matter. I Will let you know when I get it,” said Anubhav to reporters who asked him about the case filed by Varsha against him.
