**Cuttack**: Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) Secretary Asirbad Behera on Wednesday tendered his resignation following Lodha Panel recommendations.
Apart from Behera, OCA President Ranjib Biswal also quit from his post.
According to reports, 18 office bearers of the OCA have quit their posts.
Following the mass resignation honouring the SC verdict, it’s now Barabati-Cuttack MLA Debasis Samantray in charge of the January 19 ODI match between India-England at Barabati Stadium here.
OCA CEO Bidyut Nayak will cooperate the MLA for smooth managemnet of the most awaited match.
“After getting the Supreme Court’s order by mail through BCCI CEO Rahul Johri on January 2, I held a meeting with all the 18 office bearers of the OCA today. We unanimously decided to hand over all the charges of the upcoming match to Debashish Samantaray, who is the chairman of the organising committee,” said Behera.
