Puri: A team of the Archeological Survey of India visited the Jagannath temple here for the scheduled inspection and maintenance during Rath Yatra every year.
According to reports, the maintenance of the temple kitchen will be completed within 10 days while the Jagamohan and Natamandapa do not need any work.
The silver cladding of the Kalahata gate will be completed very soon and the Sanctum Sanctorum will be cleaned completely, reports added. ASI Superintended Arun Mallick said that CCTV project wll be initiated after getting permission from DG ASI.
