Bhubaneswar: Western Odisha Development Council Chairman Asit Tripathy has been elected as the president of the Bhubaneswar Club.
This will be Tripathy’s second term as president of the elite club. He defeated his sole rival Satya Prakash Nanda, also a former IAS officer by 700 votes. Asit bagged 885 votes against 185 votes by Nanda.
