Nabarangpur: At least 20 people were injured when the pick-up van they were travelling by overturned near Mahndi village under Jharigaon police limits in Odisha’s Nabarangpur on Sunday. The seriously injured were rescued and taken to Umerkot Community Health Center (CHC) for treatment.
According to reports, the pick-up van was transporting 25 people from Ekamba village to Mahndi village on an evacuation mission. The driver of the pick-up van lost control of the wheel near Mahandi village and the vehicle overturned on the side of the road near Mahandi Chhak.
