Bagchi Urges All To Get Senior Citizens Of Their Family Vaccinated

Bhubaneswar: Chief Spokesperson of Odisha Government on COVID-19 management Subroto Bagchi on Monday got his uncle and aunt vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine and urged all to do the same.

Bagchi visited the Health & Wellness Centre at Saheed Nagar in Bhubaneswar with his paternal uncle and aunt and congratulated the authorities of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the arrangement.

He requested people to register online as the vaccine will surely reach near every citizen.

“There is no scope of doubt and no need of any urgency. Register the names of the senior citizens in your family and bring them to the vaccination centre at the given time slot to get them vaccinated,” said Bagchi.

He however reminded that the three things which have helped all survive the pandemic are wearing of masks, maintaining social distance and regular washing of hands. With this, he advised not to forget the safety norms after the arrival of the vaccine.
