Bhubaneswar: In connection with the murder of a 36-year-old woman Sitaya Naik, Bargarh police arrested her husband Bhagirathi on Friday.
The couple belonging to Junani under Attabira police limits in Bargarh district entered into an argument following which the man attacked Sitaya with an axe.
She sustained grievous injury and died on the spot. Police acted promptly and arrested the accused in this case within six hours. He has been remanded in judicial custody.
