Bhubaneswar: The Vice-Chairman (VC) of Bhubaneswar Development Authority will conduct a monthly grievance hearing for allottees on the first Saturday of every month, starting at 11:30 am at the First Floor Conference Hall of BDA.
The hearing will focus on Task Force findings, General Administration (G.A.) Audit Report, and assets handled by the Allotment Branch.
This initiative aims to address public grievances and improve service delivery, aligning with VC Chanchal Rana’s emphasis on responsive governance. Earlier, grievance hearings related to the Planning Branch were started, and joint hearings with Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) are held on the first Saturday of every month.
Additionally, a joint weekly public grievance hearing is held every Monday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the LG Conference Hall of BMC, addressing issues related to BDA, BMC, and Smart City.
These efforts demonstrate BDA’s commitment to providing a platform for citizens to voice their concerns and ensuring efficient resolution of pending issues.
