Koraput: A bear climbed 30 feet above a tree and is staying there since the early morning of Monday after people gathered in the area to see it. Such an incident has occurred at Nakulaguda village under Bisingpur police station in Koraput district.
Reportedly, some villagers saw the bear on the base of the tree today morning. Soon others came to know about its presence and gathered in the area to see the bear. Watching people gather, the bear climbed up the tree and is holding on to three or four thin branches.
As per the last reports, forest department officials in Borigumma have been informed about the presence of the animal.
