Bhadrak Youth Bitten By Poisonous Snake, Carries Reptile To Hospital

Bhadrak: In a bizarre incident, a man, who was bitten by a poisonous snake, carried the reptile to the medical center in the Bhadrak district of Odisha on Thursday night.

Panic prevailed at the local health center when doctors and others present there saw the snake along with the patient.

According to reports, 26-year-old Sk Sajan Ali of Muslim Sahi in Ward No. 11 under Basudevpur Municipality in Bhadrak district saw a snake entering his house while cleaning garbage last evening. When he tried to chase the snake away, it bit him. However, an undaunted Sajan caught the snake and put it in a box.

Sajan’s family members rushed him to a local health center in a critical condition along with the snake.

As Sanjan’s condition was critical, doctors at the medical center referred him to the Bhadrak District Hospital.
