Bhubaneswar: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat arrived in Bhubaneswar on Monday evening for a five-day visit to Odisha, focusing on organizational activities and training programs.
Landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport under tight security, he was warmly welcomed by senior RSS leaders and volunteers.
While the detailed schedule remains undisclosed, RSS sources confirmed that Bhagwat will lead closed-door meetings and participate in a training camp at Sangh Sikshya Barga in Gatiroutpatna, Cuttack.
He is expected to remain at the camp throughout his visit, with no public engagements planned outside the premises.
During his stay, Bhagwat is slated to address RSS volunteers on three occasions and review the organization’s activities in Odisha.
Additionally, he will contribute to planning the RSS’s centenary celebrations in the state. The RSS chief is scheduled to depart on May 16.
