Bhitarkanika National Park To Reopen Tomorrow After 3-Month Closure

Bhubaneswar: After a three-month closure for crocodile breeding, the Bhitarkanika National Park is set to reopen its gates to tourists tomorrow.

According to reports, the park was closed from May 1 to July 31 to facilitate the crocodile breeding programme without disruptions. With the reopening, tourists can once again experience the park’s stunning landscapes, diverse flora and fauna, and rich biodiversity.

Meanwhile, the forest department has made all necessary preparations to welcome visitors and provide them with a memorable experience.

Located in Odisha, Bhitarkanika National Park is a haven for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. The park offers a unique opportunity to explore the mangrove forests, spot exotic wildlife, and enjoy boat rides. Visitors can also indulge in sky-watching and jungle treks, immersing themselves in the park’s natural beauty.
