Jeypore: The inaugural flight service between Bhubaneswar and Jeypore under the Centre’s Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) – UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik) is to commence from October 31.
The flight is to be operated by IndiaOne Air. It has launched a limited introductory offer of tickets at Rs 999. Interested people can log in to the official website of IndiaOne Air to book their tickets.

The flight from Bhubaneswar is scheduled to take off at 10.45 am and arrive at the destination at 12.30 pm.
Jeypore becomes the first state-owned airport to get the licence to operate flights in Odisha. A week ago, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had granted Jeypore Airport the license to carry out commercial flight operations under the regional connectivity scheme.
